All advertisements for NACIO's Website must be provided to the site's webmaster and approved by the webmaster to ensure that they work properly and load quickly. NACIO also reserves the right to reject any advertisement. To hire someone to create your ad for the Website or to inquire about other advertising options, please contact:

Because space is limited, advertisements (regardless of size) will be placed on the site in the order that they are purchased and received. Advertisers will retain their positions on the site as long as they continue to advertise without interruption.

To run ads on schedule, ads and quarterly payments must be received by the following dates:

• December 1 for January-March Quarter
• March 1 for April to June Quarter
• June 1 for July to September Quarter
• September 1 for October to December Quarter

*Charter Rates: Higher rates may be charged in the future to advertise on NACIO's Website. However, all advertisers who continue to advertise without interruption with continue to receive the lower, introductory Charter Rate offered to NACIO Sponsors.
