You have three options to pay for your entry.
- Paying with a check. Fill out the Awards Application in its entirety, and mail in the check with the application. You may pay for multiple entries with one check.
- Paying with a credit card but mailing in the entry. If you have an entry that can't be submitted electronically, but you wish to pay for it with a credit card, then you must fill out the form below in its entirety, then hit the Next button (and fill in the security code) to be taken to the PayPal form. Please print out a copy of the PayPal receipt after you have paid and attach it to the Awards Application before you mail it in. Mail the entry and copy of the receipt to:

- Paying with a credit card and submitting the entry online. If your entry can be submitted electronically, you must pay on-line via the PayPal option for your entry to be accepted. You may also upload up to four files with your entry. To upload a file, please fill out the form and then hit the next button at the bottom of the page. You will be able to upload as many as four files with the following file extensions (.doc, .docx, .zip, .jpeg and .pdf). Large files should be saved as a zip file.
Note: If you have a video to submit, please send a link to the video on a YouTube page or other site instead of the actual video.
